CONVERTIBILITY: Many bolting applications offer sufficient
space above the nut to allow the user to operate a square drive
and socket. Other applications have very tight clearances above
the nut, which require a low clearance, or hex wrench, to take
the place of the square drive and socket. The design of our
HTS family of hydraulic wrenches protects your investment by
utilizing the same hydraulic power-head for either the square
drive wrench or  the low clearance hex wrench.
The operator in the field can easily perform the conversion from a square drive
to a low clearance hex tool and back to a square drive. Square
drive wrenches work about 80% of industrial applications. The convertibility of the HTS Square Drive
wrench to a Rex Drive wrench allows working on up to 99% of industrial bolting applications without investing in a second
wrench system for the low clearance work. Without a sacrifice
in size, fit, or performance, the HTS wrench makes owning a
